championship game
between Team Xtreme
and the Dreamtown Kings.
Along with Pedro Pappas, I'm
Billy Peters.
For those of you who've just joined us,
it's been a mismatched battle
between these two clubs tonight.
Let's go back to the first half
of the game.
Pretty much everything was going downhill
for Xtreme.
No defense, no rebounds,
and too many turnovers.
What happened here, Pedro?
the truth is that the Dream Town
Kings
came in very strong.
They used a good strategy
to control the game,
and there was tremendous communication
between the players.
Another reason why
they stayed above
Xtreme was the combination between
Oreo and Penny.
But now in the second half,
it's a different story.
With a score at 93 -90
in favor of the Dreamtown Kings
here in the fourth quarter,
with only 11 seconds left in the game,
Team Xtreme is still trailing,
but not by much.
The Xtreme has just used their last timeout.
Will they to win in the little time they have left,
or will they be defeated tonight?
Well, Pedro, only time will tell.
Now let's get back to the action.
Steve will inbound the ball
at half court.
Shot clock is off.
11 seconds left in the game.
Showtime! Steve is looking. He passes.
Danny collects the pass.
Not much time to set up.
Danny dribbles to the right side.
Defense is on its feet.
Clock winding down.
Penny doubles.
Crossover.
Penny falls on his knees.
Two seconds left. Danny drives.
Finds Steve wide open in the corner.
Steps back for three.
It's good! It's good! Un milagro!
Unbelievable!
Xtreme has tied the game
and we're headed to
overtime.
